R5 last runs on Android 4.4 operating system included with KitKat own user interface color OS 2.0 company at the top, but there is a twist to the story as sadly the R5 will not receive updates to Lollipops and marshmallow on future . One of the shortcomings that we also had mentioned above is the price that seems too high for such a device.
